This week I got some news from my sister that she’s going to be working on Fedora. She posted a bit about her background with Linux and she’s promised to follow up with something about exactly why she’s joined the documentation team.
She’s been a key part of the local Linux community for ages, and was practically all that kept the Western Pennsylvania Linux Users Group running for a couple of years. She’s been a sysadmin for years, but she’s never worked directly with one of the projects on something like this.
I’m really proud of her for branching out into new ways to support the community.
